Website Re-Design
A strategic website redesign focused on modernising presentation and improving clarity across ETS’s services and capabilities.
ETS Infrastructure Management required a website redesign to better reflect the scale, professionalism, and technical capability of the business. The existing site no longer aligned with the company’s evolving service offering.
The redesign focused on improving structure, refining page layouts, and presenting information in a clearer, more user-friendly way. The result is a modern, cohesive website that supports ETS’s positioning as a trusted infrastructure partner while remaining flexible for future growth.
Improving Structure & Usability
While the website contained the necessary information, the way it was organised made it difficult for users to quickly understand key services and capabilities. The focus was to rethink how information was grouped and presented; simplifying navigation, clarifying page intent, and ensuring each section supported a logical user journey. This approach prioritised usability and clarity, allowing the website to function as a more effective communication tool rather than simply a visual presence.
My Role
I led the end-to-end design of the ETS website redesign, translating business requirements into a clear, user-focused digital experience.
- Led the full website design process from initial structure and page planning through to final design delivery.
- Reworked page layouts, navigation flow, and content presentation to improve usability and clarity.
- Collaborated with key internal stakeholders to gather feedback and refine designs throughout the process.
- Applied consistent brand styling across all pages while ensuring the design was flexible and scalable for future growth.

Improved layout and content organisation make it easier for users to understand services and navigate the site, while the updated visual presentation strengthens overall brand perception.
This project highlights how thoughtful website design and UX improvements can elevate an existing brand without the need for a full rebrand.
